Keep reading to learn about the driving modes, range, design and models of the Wrangler 4xe PHEV in 2023.

PHEV Innovation

You still get the Jeep Wrangler experience, but it’s an electric experience that sets standards for vehicles in the future. The 2023 4xe PHEV comes with a 2.0 L Turbo Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle engine. Throughout Canada, vehicle incentives from the government make the eco-friendly choice easier than ever.

Smart design means that the Jeep Wrangler has several planet-friendly features. It has lower tailpipe emissions than non-plug-in hybrids. The regenerative braking and Max Regen mode mean that you can charge the battery while stopping and starting as part of your normal driving experience.

With the 35km all-electric range and the 592 km total range, you’ll use less fuel but feel confident that you’ll get where you need to go and have fun while doing so. You’ll reach full charge on a Level I charger in 12 hours or two hours with a Level II charger.

Performance

You’ll feel ready for anything in this legendary vehicle. It goes from 0 to 96km/h in six seconds. It’s a 4×4 that you can take out on the trails, with the added advantage of quietly exploring nature. It has an estimated combined fuel efficiency rating of 4.8 Le/100 km or 42.2kWh in hybrid mode.

Depending on your needs, there are three E-Selec driving modes to choose from. Select electric to use the battery with zero tailpipe emissions, hybrid for torque from the electric battery and the turbocharged engine for maximum horsepower and acceleration, or eSave to conserve your battery power for later.
