Notable Changes from the Previous Year
The 2024 Jeep Wagoneer L dropped the Series III Carbide trim from its lineup, meaning only the Series II Carbide is available for the Canadian market with a starting price of $102,412*. The Wagoneer’s features are mostly the same as last year, including the same engine and infotainment system, with only minor changes in design this year.
Performance Specs
The Series II has a 3.0L I-6 Hurricane Twin Turbo engine with a start/stop feature, an eight-speed automatic transmission, and an outstanding towing capacity of 9,850 kg. The engine has 486 lb-ft of torque capacity and 420 horsepower, and it’s equipped with TorqueFlite technology. The vehicle has a fuel efficiency of 14.5 L / 100 km in the city and 10.4 L / 100 km on highways.
Interior and Exterior Design
The standard version has space for up to seven passengers, but there’s also an eight-seat version available. Standard features include a tri-zone automatic temperature control system, acoustic windshield, ambient LED interior lighting, heated and ventilated front seats, and leather-faced upholstery.
The Series II has a Tri-Pane panoramic sunroof, cornering LED fog lamps, automatic LED headlamps and LED daytime running lights. There’s a high-beam headlamp control available with a package. The vehicle stands tall with 20-inch fully painted silver litho aluminium wheels and body-side side steps.
Technology and Safety
The Series II is equipped with a high-end infotainment system and relies on several driving assistance technologies. The multimedia centre includes a 10.1-inch touchscreen display with Uconnect 5 NAV. It includes GPS navigation, a three-year subscription for TomTom Traffic and TomTom Travel services, and a six-month subscription for SiriusXM with 360L. Additionally, you’ll enjoy the luxurious Alpine Premium Audio system.
